Lisa Williams, Vice President, MRG Laboratories

MRG Labs is a leader in the development of sampling and analytical techniques for in-service lubricants and maintenance monitoring. MRG provides grease sampling solutions for wind turbines, robotics, electric motors, motor operated valves and gear boxes, and pillow block bearings through their Grease Thief sampling and analysis system. Additionally, the company offers unique lubricant certification training programs that combines specialized training with hands-on learning.

Biography: Lisa Williams has been with MRG since 2007, as a laboratory chemist and became Lab Manager in 2008. Lisa supervises and manages all lab activities including customer analyses, product testing and research and development. She has overseen the development of 3 patents for grease sampling products and processes. Lisa has also published several papers in industry publications and has guided two new grease standard and work practices through the D02 (Petroleum Products) committee. Lisa is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, where she is also currently an adjunct faculty member. In 2013, she was named by the Central Penn Business Journal as one of the region’s “Top 40 Under 40” business professionals. Continue reading Lisa’s bio.

Charles Hooker, President and Chief Executive Officer, KHSI

Keystone Human Services International (KHSI) builds upon a firm tradition of individual empowerment and community restoration to provide services, programs, and support to improve the lives of children and families outside the United States. Biography: As President and CEO, Mr. Hooker ensures that the operations and services of the organizations are compatible with and in support of the Board approved Vision, Mission, strategic initiatives and policies. His other responsibilities include strategic planning, supervisor of corporations and agencies, formation and oversight of management boards, fund raising, legislative relations, relations with funding sources and training. Mr. Hooker is the President-Elect for Keystone Human Services. When current President Dennis Felty transitions into the role of Founding President in fall of 2016, Mr. Hooker will assume the role of KHS’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hooker received his Bachelor of Arts in social welfare, with a minor in psychology, from Kutztown State College, Kutztown, Pennsylvania.
