Join an exciting virtual trade compliance workshop hosted by the MidAtlantic DEC, the Bureau of Industry & Security, U.S. State Department, and the U.S. Commercial Service. This workshop will cover all the essential information you need to know to comply with U.S. export control requirements and sanctions.
During the workshop, compliance experts will discuss a variety of topics, including what items and activities are subject to the Export Administration Regulation (EAR), export licensing requirements, export clearance requirements, and how to determine your Export Control Classification Number (ECCN). We will also discuss key issues in arms exporting through the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
