The Specialty Food Association’s SUMMER FANCY FOOD SHOW is scheduled for Sunday – Tuesday, June 23 – 25, 2024, at the Javits Center in New York City. This is the largest trade-only specialty food event in the United States. Serving up the newest and best in specialty food and beverage, the Summer Fancy Food Show attracts thousands of makers, buyers, brokers, distributors, and other industry professionals for three days of product discovery, networking, and business opportunities.
World Trade Center Harrisburg, together with the PA Office of International Business Development, will again organize the PA State Pavilion.
Booth Space Pricing:
- $4400 for each 10×10 booth* for Specialty Food Association Members
- $4500 for each 10×10 booth* for International Pavilion Organizers & International non-member exhibitors
*(corner booths additional $500 per 10×10 corner)
What’s Included for all Exhibitors?
- Each 10×10 booth will be set with 8’ high black back drape and 3’ high black side drape.
- A two-line identification sign (except International Pavilion Exhibitors)
- Listing in the online directory and mobile app*
- Complimentary exhibitor badges: 5 badges per 10′ x 10′ of exhibit space. Additional badges over allotment can be purchased.

- Complimentary Drayage (Material Handling) Package
- 100 pounds of free drayage is included per 10 x 10. Exhibitors with 400 linear square feet or less will receive an added 100 pounds per 100 square feet. For example, a company with a 10×20 will receive 400 lbs. of free drayage, while a 10×30 will receive 600 lbs. of free drayage. Any Exhibitor with 400 sq ft (non-linear) or more will only receive the 100 lbs. per 10×10
